Mughal joined the Akhter Group in 2003 after graduating from Liverpool University with a degree in Electrical Engineering & Electronics.
Throughout his career, Wassim has completed successful research and development work across a range of fields starting as an intern at the Ford Motor Company. In 2006 Wassim was appointed Divisional Director to the Akhter Group and also in 2014 he was appointed as the Research and Development Director for Silicon CPV Ltd where he spearheads the companies’ photovoltaics research and development facilities.
